“I would rate it an A+. From the very get-go, the lady that answered the phone answered it very friendly and sent a guy out. He came out and I was expecting him to just give me a bid but he was like, if you want to do this I can get it done right now. And he repaired me and had it done by noon so it was a great experience. He cleaned up very well after himself. He left nothing behind, he even cleaned the floor up after breaking the sheetrock so I was very happy with that. The one thing that sticks in my mind, when I first called, the way the ladies answered the phone they said something like, “S & D Plumbing, how can I make you smile today?” and that got the whole thing off to very good start and I really liked that.”
